AmirPayvand R&D company designed Rotavirus Detection rRT-PCR Kit with the aim of rapid, sensitive, specific and differentiation of Rotavirus in feces of patients with diarrhea. Considering the high rate of virus excretion in feces, methods such as molecular detection with Real Time PCR with very good sensitivity, high specificity and in a very short period of time should be used in the diagnosis of the mentioned virus along with clinical and epidemiological risk factors. Viral RNA is extracted from the samples, amplified using one-step real time PCR, and identified using specific fluorescent reporter colored probes for rotavirus.
